First I must say it is a pleasure to work with Pam and I am more than pleased to personally recommend her and www.artistadesign.com to any person, company or organization requiring that personal touch but professionally designed Web Site.
I was initially apprehensive about entrusting our web site with Pam, because she was based in the United States of America and we are in England, all our contact has to be by email but this has not been a problem at all. Her response to any issue or query has been second to none. I have greatly appreciated the structured approach to carrying out work and the subsequent support.
I had dealt with other web designers on our main web site with varied results but never quite getting it finished or right. When Pam took over she revamped my site with style, much faster than I would have thought possible, and with excellent suggestions all along.
